Shipping
All orders ship from our warehouse in Canada. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Rates & delivery times
- Canada — Standard shipping: 3–7 business days. Free on orders over $50 CAD; $7.95 flat rate otherwise.
We currently ship within Canada only. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. During peak periods (holidays, sales), please allow a few extra days.
Returns
We want you to love your plates. If you're not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To start a return, email support@bazmarket.store with your order number.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
- Items damaged in transit? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace them free of charge.
